Knowledge sharing helps you get feedback and help with your projects from those more skilled or with a different set of competences. Sharing your knowledge with others will give your talents more exposure, thus giving the people you interact with the opportunity to identify you as a valuable expert. By sharing knowledge and talking about certain project challenges and procedures, the new joinees & frehsers could easily acquire new sets of ideas/inputs.
Along with the internal knowledge sharing, we also invite some external faculties/professionals and experts to have an interactive session and for our team mates to sharpen their skills which might be very useful for their projects and assignments.
One of such sessions was conducted by Prof. Satish Inamdar from VIT, Pune on the topic ‘Batch Process Design – Scale up and Manufacturing Performance.’ The session explained the key features of a batch process, factors to be considered in the designing and different kind of recipes to design a batch process.
