As an Intern I connected with equinox, I can gladly say that it was a very beneficial move for me as a new graduate to learn a new technology and grow professionally. Equinox has a challenging work environment, greater responsibilities help us learn and grow beyond our perceived potential. There are regular Knowledge sharing sessions, which keep us updated about the latest developments. Apart from work, we get together for sports activities, trips, birthday celebrations etc. that is lot of fun. During this phase of lockdown and work from home, we had weekly newsletter to share project updates, technical articles, tip & tricks with each other. I started as an apprentice engineer at Equinox in 2018 and it has been an outstanding journey here and I am really grateful to be a part of it. Equinox is great place for freshers to build their career, acquire experience & enhance their skills and knowledge. The work culture at Equinox is amazing. You meet people from different cultures, who have different work life ethics and it is just great to share the wisdom. You get appreciation, support, guidance from Managers and teammates, and freedom to try out new things and your opinions are always valued. I have been working with Equinox for more than 5 years in HR Department and currently working as HR Manager. Its been great to work with a Company that supports you on a multitude of levels and allows you the freedom to explore on enormous opportunities to grow as a Professional. I joined Equinox as an Engineering Graduate in 2014, and now I am a Senior Process Engineer with an experience of 6 years behind me. The most valuable part of being an Equinoxian is the opportunities that are given to shine. Over the years, I have been entrusted with various levels of technical activities ranging from simulation model building to demonstration of the same model to customers, which also gave me opportunity to travel abroad and work at offshore Oil and Gas sites. The office working environment is that of great camaraderie and enthusiasm. The different departments are always interacting through various knowledge sharing activities, sport events, cultural events, etc. Such events always help in personal and professional growth of an individual.

I have been working with Equinox for last 6 years. Equinox has provided me the best platform and opportunities to develop as a professional. As an employee, I see Equinox as an organization that explores every hidden talent in us and turns it into professional Virtue. It is a fantastic organization with good process defined and support for employees in a best way. Awesome work place, great environment to work, stress free work and friendly policies is all I can say about Equinox.

As working with Equinox in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) sector, I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting/forward-thing and fast-moving organization. Here the skills are well-crafted by excellent team support and advice from seniors. This organization is internationally known for the technology provided and foster loyalty through proactive customer relationship. Always try new analytical techniques combined with the ever-increasing amount of data available.

Equinox is a company where one’s own hard work and dedication meets his/her remuneration. After I left PSU job and become part of Equinox Family, I never felt like looking back, Equinox creates such a great atmosphere where one can shine and be happy with Work.

Joining Equinox as a trainee on 1st Jan 2020 (Talk about a fantastic start to a new year!), I realized the importance of digital transformation going hand in hand with the Process industries. Entering into the same ball park with Engineers having a huge amount of experience, it seemed daunting at first. But the extremely friendly nature of the EQUINOXIANS streamlined the whole process. Working at Equinox has made me understand that the tales of corporate work culture taking its toll on you isn't true here. With zero unnecessary work pressure, an "every employees' opinion matters" work culture, and a vast quarry of knowledge open to being chipped off of at any time - Equinox definitely stands out from among the rest. Exposure to multiple fields like IIOT, RPA and Process Simulation in just under one year of internship, it has definitely been a dynamic start to my career. From a novice process engineer's perspective, EQUINOX is the perfect place for the metamorphosis of an academic expertise-limited engineering graduate to an actual Process Engineer.
